Refund Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

14 days, no questions asked. If CueMotion Pro isn't right for you, you get your money back in full — including tax — within 14 days of buying it.

How to ask

Email hello@cuemotion.app from the address you bought with, or reply to your licence email. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear it. We usually reply within one business day.

What happens

• We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. It usually reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• You get an email confirming the refund.
• Your Pro licence ends on all your Macs. CueMotion keeps working as CueMotion Free, with every feature and a small mark on exports.

After 14 days

We'll still look at every request — if something went wrong, write to us. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, except where the law requires them.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law; it doesn't replace them. That includes the legal guarantee that digital content works as described, however long ago you bought it.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund is faster for you. A disputed or charged-back payment ends the licence, as a refund does.
